Bryan K. Leiser – Fresno Workers’ Compensation Lawyer

Bryan K. Leiser earned his Bachelor of Science Degree and Juris Doctor from Southern California Institute of Law where he was elected class representative by his peers. Following completion of his education he was admitted to the State Bar of California in November of 2002.

Mr. Leiser began his legal career working for a Los Angeles based firm in their Santa Barbara office, where he focused solely on workers compensation cases. Mr. Leiser was instrumental in opening two offices in the Fresno area for Los Angeles based firms.

Mr. Leiser now represents injured workers before the Workers Compensation Appeals Board, handling all workers compensation injuries and related issues. His goal is to make sure that employee's rights are protected from unfair employers.

Heather Elizondo – Legal Assistant

Heather Elizondo has served as the Legal Assistant for the Law Offices of Bryan K. Leiser for nearly five years. Prior to joining the team, she worked at defense firm Goldman, Magdalin & Krikes, a firm that also specializes in workers' compensation.

Mariana Cruz – Legal Assistant

Mariana Cruz's education includes earning an A.S. degree in Medical Administration at the San Joaquin Valley College in 2006. That same year, she began working for Sierra Valley Medico, an industrial occupational care facility that specializes in worker's compensation.

Mariana joined the Law Offices of Bryan K. Leiser in February of 2011, and serves as one of our committed legal assistants.
