I contacted Mr. Leiser’s office after a worker’s compensation doctor who was treating my back injury told me that it was too late to do anything about an abdominal hernia I had suffered and since I had insurance I should just pay for things myself. At the same time it became obvious that my employer had no intention of giving me the care I needed and was entitled to receive. Most people who get a boo-boo at work can get through the worker’s compensation system with relative ease. However, if you are seriously injured, as I was, and you have an employer intent on making things as difficult as possible, as mine was, you’re definitely going to need help navigating a complicated worker’s compensation process. Brian and his staff had the knowledge and the willingness to fight on my behalf and got me the medical care I needed despite all of the roadblocks that my employer and their attorney threw at us. Best Medical Care Unheard of with Workman's Comp May 30, 2023

The Law Office worked on my case for about 8 1/2 years if my math is right. I had cumulative injuries that resulted in 4 surgeries, lots of PT, and aftercare. Mr. Leiser was a pleasure to work with and fought for me regarding multiple issues. They were able to get me the best medical care, which is really unheard of with Workman's Comp. It was a long process, and Heather, the legal assistant, worked hard to keep me as updated as she could. I would recommend them to anyone who needed help working through the Workman's Comp system. After making the worst mistake of retaining an attorney given by a coworker, I had a very angry wife by having a useless firm that did nothing for me but having all this stress. Over my claim, the insurance adjuster had my benefits stopped at the deposition. I was on my own, and I had the insurance doctor for over a year. I decided to hire this firm. I went into the office, and I remember them asking me what has your former attorney done for you. I said; You are looking at it!! NOTHING!! I was mad and frustrated. I was going over 6 months without my benefits, so go figure! So she said I will submit paperwork for everything. Sure enough, after a few weeks, I had my doctor changed and my benefits through state disability started coming in after 7 months. After all, every time I would contact Sue Sharp, she was fast in replying to any email or phone call requested.
