Attorney Bryan Leiser

Bryan K. Leiser began his legal career working for a Los Angeles-based firm in their Santa Barbara office, where he focused solely on workers' compensation cases. Mr. Leiser was instrumental in opening two offices in the Fresno area for Los Angeles-based firms.

Mr. Leiser now represents injured workers before the Workers Compensation Appeals Board, handling all workers' compensation injuries and related issues. His goal is to make sure that employees' rights are protected from unfair employers.

Sue Sharp –Hearing Representative

Sue has been working in workers’ compensation for over 35 years in the applicant field, as a hearing representative and office manager. She has been working with the Law Offices of Bryan K Leiser since the office opened in May 2011, however, has worked with Bryan before but at other firms running the office.

Heather Elizondo – Legal Assistant

Heather Elizondo has served as the Legal Assistant for the Law Offices of Bryan K. Leiser since January 2012. Prior to joining the team, she worked at defense firm Goldman, Magdalin & Krikes, a firm that also specializes in workers' compensation.

Ashley Sharp – Clerical Secretary

Ashley has been the team’s Clerical Secretary for a little over 10 years. She joined the Law Offices of Bryan K. Leiser in October 2011.

Nick Palma – File Clerk

Nick joined our office in June of 2021. He graduated from Bullard High School and is currently attending Fresno City College.
